we would like to put a complaint against the workers at the Costco Auto shop at 100 Biscayne Center Brampton. Visited the shop on March 20, the two black gentleman working in the shop have a huge attitude problem.

They seem to be bent on giving customers a hard time. TOne of them claimed we were not polite enough to say please and kept repeating the same thing again and again when in fact we were not rude at all to them. This has happen on two occasions now. The same person with the same tone and the same reason telling us and insisting on us that we did not say please.

The other gentleman then comes and tries to teach us how to fill air in the tire and when we say we do not want to know but told him if he just can do the job that would be great but he goes on and on just determined to teach us or *** us off I do not know. Finally just throwing the tube on the floor and walking away because we said firmly we did not want to fill air or learn how to do so. I think someone ought to teach these workers a lesson in knowing who is the customer and who is the worker.

We made a complaint to the main guy at the desk who just casually said he will look into it. Looks like they are all in it.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
